The service
Voice Master provides browser-based text-to-speech, voice enhancement, recording, editing, playback, download, and educational content. The core tools are offered without an account and are designed to perform their principal content-processing operations within the user’s browser. Available features, limits, formats, and performance may differ by browser, device, operating system, permissions, and memory.
We may maintain, improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not promise that a particular feature or compatibility profile will remain available permanently. Users are responsible for keeping copies of source material and downloaded results; Voice Master is not a storage or backup service.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use Voice Master only when you can lawfully agree to these terms and your use is permitted where you live. A parent or guardian should supervise use by a minor when required. You are responsible for activity performed through your device, browser, network, and permissions.
You must not use the site to break the law; infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; record a person unlawfully; create deceptive impersonations; harass or threaten; distribute malware; interfere with security; overload the service; scrape at a harmful rate; bypass limits; reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits; or falsely suggest endorsement by Voice Master. Automated use must not degrade access for others.
Your text, recordings, and outputs
You retain whatever rights you already hold in material you provide. You represent that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, and consent necessary to process the material and use the resulting audio. Voice Master does not acquire ownership of text or recordings merely because they are processed in the browser.
You are solely responsible for reviewing an output before relying on or publishing it. Generated speech can contain pronunciation or pacing errors. Processed recordings can contain artifacts or unexpected level changes. Downloading an output does not certify accuracy, quality, originality, non-infringement, accessibility, platform compliance, or suitability for a commercial purpose.
Intellectual property
The Voice Master name, branding, website design, original interface, code, graphics, and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for normal browser use, you may not copy, republish, sell, license, or create a competing distribution of protected site materials without permission or a legal exception.
You may link to public pages in a fair and non-deceptive manner. You may quote limited portions of articles where permitted with clear attribution and a link to the source. Third-party names, browser technologies, platforms, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Privacy, analytics, and communications
The Privacy Policy explains how technical usage data and contact messages are handled, while the Cookies page describes analytics identifiers and browser choices. Those pages form part of the information governing use of Voice Master. Microphone permission is controlled through your browser and is requested when you choose to record.
If you contact us, you authorize us to use the supplied contact information to respond and maintain reasonable records of the exchange. Feedback may be used to improve the website, but we will not treat a message as confidential product-development material unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. Do not submit trade secrets or sensitive personal information in unsolicited feedback.
Third-party links and services
Voice Master may link to independent websites for reference. We do not control those websites, their content, availability, products, security, or privacy practices. You access them at your own discretion and are responsible for reviewing their terms and policies. A link is not a warranty or endorsement.
Browser vendors, hosting networks, Google Analytics, email services, operating systems, and publishing platforms may apply their own terms. Your relationship with those providers is separate. Voice Master is not responsible for changes made by a browser or platform that affect recording permission, media support, analytics, downloads, monetization, or content disclosure.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation where those disclaimers are legally allowed. The separate Disclaimer provides additional practical limitations and is incorporated into these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice Master and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages, loss of data, lost revenue, reputational harm, or replacement costs arising from the website or an output. Nothing excludes a responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Responsibility, enforcement, and changes
You agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use, your content, or your violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, rights, or legal obligations. Failure to enforce a term immediately is not a waiver of that term.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply and the affected provision should be interpreted as closely as lawfully possible to its purpose. These terms, together with the referenced policies, describe the agreement about ordinary use of Voice Master unless a separate written agreement applies.
Updates and contact
We may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect website changes, provider requirements, security needs, or applicable law. The updated date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively when published unless another date is stated. Continued use after publication indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to Contact@aivoicegeneratorr.com. An email enquiry does not alter these terms or create a separate contract unless an authorized written agreement expressly does so.
