Scope and the information you provide
This policy applies to the Voice Master website and its Text to Speech, Voice Enhancer, Voice Recorder & Editor, Blog, and supporting pages. It does not govern independent websites that may be linked from our content. Voice Master does not currently require a user account, profile, subscription, or payment to use the core tools.
You may voluntarily provide information when you email Contact@aivoicegeneratorr.com. That information can include your email address, name if included, the message, technical details, and any attachments you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, payment information, government identifiers, confidential recordings, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Text and audio processed by the tools
The core tools are designed to process entered text, microphone recordings, uploaded audio, decoded samples, editing history, generated speech, and exported WAV files within your browser. Voice Master does not intentionally transmit that tool content to our servers for speech generation, enhancement, recording, waveform editing, or audio export. Temporary browser object URLs and working buffers may remain available during the current page session.
Closing or reloading a page normally clears current in-memory tool state, although browser behavior can vary. Files you download are saved according to your browser and device settings. Voice Master cannot control copies you create, files retained in a downloads folder, device backups, browser extensions, screen recorders, or other software operating on your device.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the infrastructure delivering Voice Master may process technical information needed to serve pages securely and reliably. This can include an IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, browser or device information, referring page, and security-related signals. Hosting and network providers may retain server or edge logs according to their operational and security practices.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as page visits, approximate session activity, device and browser categories, general geographic information derived from network data, and interactions reported by the analytics service. Google Analytics is loaded after the page becomes interactive and may place or read analytics identifiers. We do not send the text or audio placed inside Voice Master tools to Google Analytics.
How information is used
We use information to deliver requested pages, maintain performance and security, diagnose errors, understand which pages are useful, improve navigation and content, respond to messages, address abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Analytics helps us see broad patterns rather than requiring users to create accounts. Contact information is used to understand and answer the enquiry and maintain reasonable correspondence records.
We do not sell the text or audio processed inside the tools. We do not use uploaded recordings or entered text to train a Voice Master artificial-intelligence model. We do not operate an advertising profile system through the core tools. If these practices materially change, this policy should be updated before or when the new practice begins.
Cookies, browser storage, and third parties
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage, including identifiers commonly named _ga and _ga followed by a property identifier. These technologies help distinguish sessions and produce usage reports. The site may also rely on temporary browser memory and local web capabilities to make interactive tools function, but tool data is not intended to become a remote Voice Master content library. Service providers can process limited information on our behalf for hosting, content delivery, security, analytics, and email. Google handles analytics data under its own terms and privacy practices. External links, including links to official platform policies, open services controlled by other organizations. Their collection, cookies, accounts, and retention practices are governed by their own policies.
Retention, security, and international processing
Local tool content is retained for the active browser session as needed to perform the requested operation. Technical logs, analytics records, and emails may be retained for periods appropriate to security, reporting, troubleshooting, legal requirements, and the original communication. Retention settings can differ across the hosting, analytics, and email providers involved.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the website and the information handled through it. No internet transmission, browser environment, storage system, or email service is completely secure. Users should keep their devices and browsers updated, review installed extensions, protect downloaded files, and avoid sending sensitive material that is not required. Providers may process data in countries other than the user’s own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Your choices and requests
You can block or clear cookies through browser settings, use browser privacy controls, restrict analytics with compatible tools, avoid sending an email, and stop using the site. Blocking scripts or storage may affect analytics and, in some cases, interactive features. Microphone access is requested only when you start recording and can be denied or revoked through browser site settings.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability of personal information. These rights are not absolute and may require identity verification. Children, changes, and contact
Voice Master is a general-audience utility and is not directed specifically to young children. We do not knowingly request that children submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information may contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised date at the top identifies the latest published version.
